The poll also revealed overwhelming opposition to Bush among African-Americans. Only two percent said they approved of his performance as president, the lowest level ever recorded in that category, NBC television reported.And given the poll's 3.4% margin of error, that could actually be -1.4%.

Now the trick is to get all the Bush haters, blacks and everyone else, to vote Republicans out of power. His approval rating may be at its low-point, but Americans are famous for their short-term memories and their apathy towards actually voting.
