Nifty New Risk Calculations of What's Likely to Kill You

The Journal of the National Cancer Institute has published great new charts showing the risk of dying of various causes for men and women from age 35 and on.
The thing I still don't understand is if we are able to cure cancer and heart disease, then how are people supposed to die? Will most people end up dying due to an accident, most likely falling when their bones are frail and the body is unable to heal? Or is your heart supposed to just stop beating one day? I am all for stopping bad forms of death, but it is still unclear to me what a good form of death is.
